At Serenity Care, we provide tailored, person-centred domiciliary care for children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Our support is delivered in the comfort and familiarity of the family home, as well as within our safe and welcoming Community Hub at The George Centre, Grantham. We create consistent, nurturing environments where children can feel secure, develop new skills, and enjoy positive experiences. Working closely with families, we ensure every child’s needs, routines, and preferences are understood and respected.

We offer flexible support throughout the week, with a strong focus on providing additional care during school holidays, when routines may change, and families may need extra help. Whether it’s one-to-one support at home, engaging group activities at the Hub, or help accessing the local community, our dedicated team is here to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. Every care plan is designed in partnership with families and professionals to ensure continuity, safety, and a sense of belonging.
