At Serenity Care, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and transparency across all areas of our service. We encourage all staff, service users, families, and stakeholders to speak up if they witness or suspect any wrongdoing, unsafe practices, or behaviours that do not align with our values or legal obligations.
Whistleblowing is when someone raises a concern about serious wrongdoing in the workplace that affects others—such as abuse, neglect, poor care practices, fraud, health and safety risks, or breaches of regulations. It is not the same as making a complaint or grievance about personal issues.
We promote a culture where concerns can be raised without fear of victimisation or discrimination. All whistleblowing reports will be taken seriously, treated confidentially, and investigated appropriately.
If you have a concern, you should report it as soon as possible. You can speak to:
