What we do

We provide a range of tailored support services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual we work with. Our key services include Community Supported Living (CSL) for adults, a welcoming and inclusive Community Hub offering daily activities and social opportunities, and Children’s Domiciliary Care that supports young people within the comfort of their own homes. We work with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge, focusing on person-centred care that promotes independence, inclusion, and overall wellbeing.

Areas that we cover

Community Supported Living

Our Community Supported Living service provides personalised support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independently in their own homes or shared accommodation. We focus on promoting choice, independence, and everyday life skills while offering the right level of support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Community Hub

Our Community Hub is a safe, inclusive space where individuals can connect, learn, and thrive. We offer a variety of meaningful activities, from life skills and creative sessions to social events and wellbeing workshops. It’s a place to build confidence, make friends, and be part of a supportive community.

Children's Domiciliary

Our Children’s Domiciliary Care provides tailored, compassionate support for children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their own homes. We work closely with families to create safe, nurturing environments that promote development, independence, and wellbeing while respecting each child’s individual needs and routines.
